Download an app that can down-convert ultrasound to an audible frequency range.

For Android devices, with ultrasound capable mics (and most all Android phones can do this), download an app called "Ultrasound Detector" and calibrate it (via the Optimize button). Do this in a quiet room for best results.

Next, select the "Transfer" screen. Set the low frequency to 300 Hz and the high frequency to 3300 Hz (this is the range detected ultrasounds will be converted to).
Then turn ON the on/off switch.

I've detected these ultrasounds coming from cell towers. And what they are is backdoor commands being sent to various phones within a radius of up to a few miles around these towers. I caught these backdoor commands doing things like turning off wifi in my phone, taking it out of airplane mode, and forcing it to download things like unauthorized software updates and spying software.

It gets worse. These ultrasound commands have also turned on NFC on my phone. And then it's used to load suspicious software into my phone which I can't delete unless I factory reset the thing.

And worse yet, I watched as these commands are sent to my phone to turn wifi on. And once on it automatically connected to my home network. But once connected, someone preformed a wifi man-in-the-middle attack. Once they were in the middle of my wifi connection, they has unhindered access to my home network and all ethernet devices connected to it. Then when my Windows PC checked for updates, it began downloading from some edge server other than Microsoft. I discovered they changed the DNS server to some mystery DNS server. Thus DNS queries were returning mystery IP addresses. That directed the update to pull from rogue servers. Grrrrr ...
