A guy in my graduating HS class tossed a basketball in the air like you would a volleyball, and hit it with his fist, hard. He was standing approximately under the hoop at one end of the BB court. That ball sailed full court and went through the hoop on the opposite side, nothing but net. I would not believe anyone telling ME that tale, but I was there and saw it first hand.

One evening a friend and I jumped in my car to go somewhere. He made some disparaging remarks about my car (a VW beetle, the original). A few remarks were made about how he'd never be impressed and I proceeded to prove him wrong by executing a few death-defying pavement maneuvers. At the end of all this I slammed on the brakes hard and that's when we discovered my 3-years younger brother had "stowed away" on the back bumper of the car and had been white knuckling the rain gutters the entire ride... when I braked he slid up over the roof until his face was on the windshield. I yelled "GET OFF MY CAR!". He had thought we were going to his favorite fast-food place and did not want to be left behind. During the ride he thought I knew he was back there and was seriously trying to hurl him off with break-neck maneuvers. It sickens me now to think what might have happened, but we had the luck of the young and dumb.

My ex wife (while we were still married) dropped a milkshake with no top, just slipped out of her hand. It landed perfectly level on the floor, instantly stopped without even a wobble, and a tiny spurt of milkshake (literally, 1-2 drops) shot up and hit the ceiling. All without spilling any.

A best buddy of mine made me a bet and we decided to flip for it. He flipped the coin and it landed on it's edge. Never seen one happen like that before or since.

Lost control of my car on an icy 2-lane highway during a snowstorm, while being approached at highway speed by an oncoming 18 wheeler... steep drop off on the right, zero shoulder. Spun the car around 360 degrees, ended up landing in a snow bank where the steep drop off mysteriously just wasn't for a few yards of road. Slid in so hard there was tall grass wedged between the tire and the rim. Managed to drive it out by myself without assistance. Dad caught up with me a few days later because he saw the grass wedged in the tire rim and demanded the whole story. I had kept mum about it until then. Sounds tame telling it... but it was the wild ride of a lifetime when it happened. Not fun. Semi never stopped BTW.

I probably have a guardian angel with white hair, a nervous tic and a drinking problem.

This other time my consciousness was pulled with full lucidity through what looked like a wormhole to a place with a black sky but pulled back shortly after.

I met/stood in front of a female from a different ‘branch’ of evolution...she was magnificent!
Only half a dozen years ago or so, it was a very cool meeting.

In high school, I saw my friend, all 6' of her, toss her very curly hair (in a very uncharacteristic move for her tomboy self) and walk down the stairs, away from class. Pondering where she might be going and that she was going to be late to class, I turned into the classroom. She was sitting in her usual spot in the back. I turned to look at the second door she must have SPRINTED through, only to see that it was blocked with a chalk board.

No one else looked like her. No one was that tall and had tight, curly hair. It was her. No idea. Time slip? Parallel universe? IDK.

My son and I were sitting on the front porch on summer night. He was about 9. Up the street comes a neon blue colored blob bouncing up the street. It was 2d and passed right in front of us. About Volkswagen bug sized. I ran in the street and it disappeared up the street.

Yes I told a friend I would do anything to play guitar as good as him in that night I got a house call from the devil himself he jumped in my body and I heard the music of the spheres I believe it is what it is 1,000,000 notes all at once the most beautiful music you could ever imagine in in the devilish exorcist kind of voice she said you want it don't you and I thought yes and then I realize what was going on and I said no god save me and he said it's too late I have you know and it's haunted me the rest of my life

One time I woke up from a dream and was somebody else in another house somewhere else. My mind melted down and I forced myself back to sleep and then forced myself to wake up my old self in my old house.

I was truly spooked for a few days. Nobody believed me when I told them. They said I was lucid dreaming.

I already lucid dreamed and was waking up from a lucid dream when it happened.

Time has passed and it is just a memory now. But still, it was too too weird.

Please refrain from religious experience, primarily because they all tend to a reminder of what has been reminded us for hundreds of years. Unless your religious experience was extremely unique.

Have you ever had to experience that you know was real and really did happen, yet you have no proof of and everyone wouldn't believe you if you told them and perhaps even starting to doubt yourself despite the fact that you know it's also real? Does it bother you going on in life knowing that you'll never be able to explain/prove it to anyone?

The oldest memory I have is from before 3 years of age.
I woke up in the night and the bedsheets was hanging 3 foot above me and I couldn't move,but I started screaming in fear and the bedsheet fell down and my mother came in to the room.
