I don't know what the reasons he has done anything are. I did support him, even voted for him this last time. However in hindsight I feel it's pretty clear than we wouldn't have gotten here without him. The media wouldn't have been so easily able to steer the public's attention without him as he was what kept people watching. He did get most of the TEA party back into the R banner though and now most forgot why they even walked away to begin with. Still, you are correct. Someone is saying something. Just really needs to be someone else and a lot more of them. But maybe it's a start. Hard not to be cynical and pessimistic theses days though. |
