Have you really been avoiding vaccinated friends and family?

Most of my inner-circle has not gotten the jab, but I have a lot of extended family, and friends who have gotten it, plus a child who enjoyed being around her family.

Can't get this spike protein shedding thing out of my head though, and true isolation seems impossible unless we all flee to the mountains and never come back.
