Choppers in the sky south of Houston. Very Strange. Video shot of event.

Sometimes, they will use many helicopters to fly in dignitaries, for example Presidents and their entourage. Perhaps whoever is in those choppers may have landed in Houston via large plane and switched to the choppers so they could easily arrive at a costal destination.
