I brought this up and surprised no one commented...

Sverige eats raw meat. He gnawed on a pig's head and a squirrel carcass.

He has a bunch of followers and it's just as cultish as any bunch of vegans. All hanging out together with eating raw meat as the basis of their friendship - huh?

Meanwhile, more than half of Americans are obese because they eat meat, wheat and sugar. 97% of Americans don't get enough fiber. Fiber is what keeps your digestive system healthy and regular. It only comes from plants.
When you consume too much meat and animal secretions, your bodily systems do not work properly. You develop heart disease, cancer, diabetes and obesity.
Most people are fat, sick and nearly dead from eating tortured animals.
It's time to change.

Many libtards are vegan and remain healthy due to protein powders and magic and expensive foods from Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Without that, they will wither.

and I don't buy those expensive foods and I am ding fine but I am not vegan.. I need eggs and since I need them I enjoy a little yogurt too.

Last night I was invited to a large family dinner of a friend who ordered some expensive food from New York.. air flown for the event. food associated with Polish history of family.

I was not going to do a big I don't eat meat thing.. and out of politeness ate the food and it was excellent. I don't mind doing that on very special occasions...

2 dishes one with expensive beef cubes and the other with expensive lean ground pork.

This morning I can smell the meat.. especially the beef in my urine and in my sweat in my arm pits. Once the smell in my urine is gone I will shower.. and hopefully I am done with the sweating.

I don't recall smelling meat leaving the body this way. There are reasons to not eat meat..

Since I am diabetic I can smell high sugar with my body too but this was not that kind of smell. It was not the scent of the spices either.. it was the meat.

I finds it depends upon how the meat was raised-- purely wild or grass fed (though that is rare) will not cause sweat to smell.
Something about non-organic, chemically treated, confined, etc etc meat causes significant body odor

I have gone to a few vegan conferences--
I love the creativity of the food and have learned a number of great recipes
But, a good majority of the people there were thin but had pronounced pot bellies-- reminded me of pictures of starving children

The raw meat cult and vegan cult are both full of delusional dummies.

A balanced diet should include a little bit of meat/fish/eggs, potatoes, rice, a small number of veggies, and maybe one serving of fruit per day. All natural, unprocessed.

That's caused by candida overgrowth in the gut, or an overgrowth of other bacteria. It's the same with guys who get beer guts for drinking tons of beer regularly, which can promote yeast growth in the gut.

I have been vegan and not looked like that

At the moment I eat cheese and eggs to get some protein , dont touch milk though as just dont like it

Am 56 , weigh 10st 7 and size 10/12

It really depends what you eat when you are vegan , if you eat fast food and ready meals you will look like shit

I eat porridge with fruit every morning and prepare my own food

I honestly feel 100x better nowdays than I ever did when I was eating meat and vast quantities of dairy
 Quoting: SLUMMYMUMMY01

You didn't say how long you were vegan.

If it's 6 or even 12 months, it usually won't show yet.

Although some get it faster, like e.g. Greta, it usually takes about 3 to 5 years on to deteriorate like that.

But it ALWAYS happens in the end. There is no "healthy" way to eat vegan. Not a chance.

This.

Their willpower and the never ending mental gymnastics from a very sick hungry brain makes them believe in anything.

They always has an excuse for anything happening to them.
They got brainwashed, so hard and so easy.

Very young spirits.
