I've dealt with OCD and stress my whole life. I started taking a lot of supplements to help. It has definitely made me a whole lot better than I used to be.

It takes some patience to find the right supplements/herbs that work with your body but you should start doing some research.

One BIG thing to look into is adrenal support. If you have been stressed for a long time your adrenal glands are fatigued and sapped. You could start with some simple magnesium. I could fill the page with things you could take but that might overwhelm the OCD. If you just look up "adrenal support" on any vitamin site you can find some good quality supplements.

You don't have to live like this.

I’ve tried supplements, the ones I’ve tried haven’t done much, thinking of going back to trying 5HTP again or maybe St Johns Wort again…..
Any specific ones that worked the best for you??
