Judge criminally charges 3 U.S. Marshals after one refused to reveal vaccination status in his courtroom

Y'all have clearly never spent time in a courtroom. The Judge rules the roost. You can be held in contempt for your phone going off in a court room.

The federal "no mandate" policy on the vaccine is for the federal agencies, not the courts. The courts are a separate branch of government. They can do what they want.

It would be the chief judges in each district and circuit to decide what their policy is.

During the hearing, the Judge offered the United States Marshals Service officials an opportunity to resolve the case. Kornmann (the Judge) suggested they each make

1. an apology,

2. an admission of wrongdoing,

3. and pay a $5,000 fine.

A federal judge exceeding his authority? Get the fuck out! Never happens.

The Associated Press (AP) reported that in March, U.S. District Judge Charles Kornmann attempted to require all courthouse employees to be vaccinated for COVID-19.

In response, U.S. Marshal Daniel Mosteller, who leads the agency in South Dakota, told Kornmann that would not be attainable since USMS was not requiring its marshals to be vaccinated.

Mosteller also told the judge that the marshals would not be disclosing their vaccination statuses to the court. Then on May 10th when a deputy marshal brought the first defendant of the day into Kornmann’s courtroom, the judge asked the marshal if she was vaccinated and she refused to answer the question.

This is a big deal and boils my blood. What happened to all federal employees being told they cant be forced to vaccinate nor disclose their stats?

We have rights granted by constitution and it was just released by Biden weeks ago allfedeeal employees do not need to do this?
