Already, you have demonstrated to me that it isn't true. I probably got a little too real, and in many places I would be kicked out for that. Or at least rebuked. That post and your comments about Christian witches show me you guys perhaps understand me better than most.

Never heard of a Christian witch, and I will never call myself either Christian nor Witch. I am who I am.

It always puzzles me about how many twists, turns and convoluted steps they go through to explain why Jesus could do what he did, but no one else... I can even hear them say 'Well except for the...' but that list gets really long.



Don't get me started on the absorption of pagan religions... See I use pagan, cause that's the word I was taught. I don't mean it in a negative way.

I don't celebrate Christian Holidays, except for lint. But it isn't lint itself, but the spirit of lint. The lunar equivalent of when lint would be? I use lunar because it is a more accurate measure of the transition from winter to spring. Not for mystical purposes.

I suppose if I was around my family I would do Christmas and all, but it's kinda like Z's drinking. Just to be polite. Actually, I think I would probably enjoy Z's collection a lot more than my parents, but I honestly don't know if I enjoy the 'subtle' flavors. My palette is fairly basic.

Z, I hate cake in any setting, but especially with board games and sing songs. Yuck.

My German is crap, but I have a love of death-metal in general. Although I am getting too old for the really loud stuff... My ears just don't love it the way I do.

Dancing is nice, but I want to stay true to my wife. I have worked incredibly hard on my relationship with her. It is incredibly difficult, but we are getting through most of the trials.

We have both grown as individuals, and for the better. As I like your company because you seem to be genuine, I like her because of what she sees in me, and vice versa. Oh and while she is the most die hard atheist you will ever find, she is also one of the most prudish people I know.

There are reasons for that, and those are hers to share or hide. So there is a very real line I will not cross there. That said a gay friend has told me I am the biggest tease he has ever known. So I will warn you, in that way I am incorrigible.

Anyway, if you keep chating with me while I sleep, I will be forced to always write long posts.
