This is a best of, individual albums are more suited for a journey of sorts - but some great stuff in this as a "sampler" perhaps :P Nice! I'll dig through my Playlist and see what I also have for meditation Cool, lots of different things you can do in a meditative state other than just no-mind/gnosis the whole time. Different music more suited for different things. Wardruna is certainly going to help open a door to ancient past, a more primal state, mmm, it's cozy for me. :) Oh! For anyone who's seen me talk about bindrunes yet still wonder as I've not elaborated - the cover of Wardruna albums: That's a bindrune. There music and daneheim* are really good for meditating. I love the effects. |
