You've repeatedly recommended white tantra; I read this as juxtaposed to red tantra. White focusing on increasing 'bond with self' and red with another. Why is that? Is it not the nature of humanity to seek like without ourselves, to be with those alike to us, whom share common beliefs, dreams, goals, etc. ?
It seems that white is quite solitary and self serving, which leads me to the topic of ego that you previously mentioned; the destruction of which being key. This is a curious thing, I've discussed it before and my experience in exploration of this idea as well as the mentioned discussion is this: The ego is the sense of self, identity of ourselves, to destroy this is to become less than; no longer whole.
Instead, the death of ego or dissolution of in order to leave behind that which is of no use, to be reborn, forged anew and rise once more as a better, perfected version of our whole selves is instead a greater achievement that simply reaching 'bottom' one time and forgetting what we are in entirety.

Without ego - the sense of self - what is left? Simply a husk to be filled by other things. Far better to grind down, refine, reshape and perfect than to pound unto dust and be as nothing.
How does one utilize a white tantra method in bonding further with self when a perfected destruction of ego is the destruction of self? There seems a contradiction in what you've spoken on.

Watch some porn , see how the energy flows how it affects you , feel in time and space the people performing the act what energy they Emmit and how it affects you , get inside them ,bond with what they feel but don't be a part of it , the moment you become part of it you are lost , your energy being fed to the dogs , and remember dog is god backwards ! Desintegration of such images permit the true nature manifest of the being , that requires proper choice , the path is not easy , god and dog is your reflection on a mirror , the choice is become a guardian or hump someone's leg ....

It seems you're quite set in the concept of duality, where all that is not A is B. You make a valid point regarding creating our own demons, we've discussed something along those lines in here. I do think you're making some assumptions in how you're going about addressing what you're saying though.
It also seems that you're essentially saying 'return to source or worship another' are the two options, which I feel is far from the truth.

Your view seems to be of left or right and have focused keenly on colours as the representation, yet no mention whatsoever of options outside of this.

I've written a short story about three birds that I've shared a few times, I believe it's in this thread. Have you read it? It also speaks to the left/right & up/down thinking. The third bird discovers something his brothers don't - albeit through a horrific experience.

Anyway, yeah - we give and take energy in all things, energy exchange and transmutation thereof is what makes up all things. Have you heard of the concept of a 'sacred union' ? A perfect partnership, balance, etc. ?
Have you read on the topic or considered the union of left/right, dark/light, etc. within ourselves? Quite an impossible task if one knows little of their 'darkness'

I ask you to consider this concept that is found all throughout history, mythology and religion.
