that's what I said. Smoked nicotine is a better deivery mechanism than via skin. And nicotine is only poisonous in large doses. In microdoses, it helps prevent growth in the lungs, suppresses appetite and helps lower weight. It's actually kinda sorta good for you.

So what's the best way to get the benefit of nicotine without blacken your lungs?

I have upgraded from 30 watts to now a 75 watt one. And I set it at 55. That dude was doing like 300 watts or more on each puff.

Long ago there was a study on the incidence of smoking and the spread of flu.They discovered more smoking, less flu. More recently, (last 4 or 5 years) a researcher,(Swedish I think) put tobacco smoke across a virus culture and it died.Don't know which virus, or if the experiment has been repeated. More likely lost his funding.

Next thing you know, parents will be scolding kids for not smoking
