A cover of a Bach song isn't contemporary music.

The second song is boring to me. It's very repetitive and without much creativity. Music exactly like that has been around and sounded the same for decades. That's a good song to compare with Ariana Grande's "Just Like Magic" because they're both boring musically. The difference is the uplifting message and singing in Grande's song which is the whole point of it. It's just supposed to be uplifting and inspirational, and it delivers in spades.

I am not sure about it, but I read in the comments about this song that the song lays out the entire process of reality creation from beginning to end complete with affirmations.

I don't believe in affirmations usually because they feel like lies to me most of the time. Maybe I'm wrong? Whatever Ariana Grande is doing is working for her in a profound way. This song should be taken seriously for several reasons including what I explained in this post.

She's one of the few people who can get this message to millions of people all over the world. Isn't that what matters most?
