Of course gov need consent from people, thats what a democratic society is.

I'm not suggesting anyone has the right to violate someone else's free will. I don't condone the behavior. What I'm saying is that there's no divine law that prevents them from doing it. My argument is that they are potentially capable of violating someone's free will without that persons consent and without first informing.
