Delta-8 THC is legal in many states, but some want to ban it

I have one of the vapes. It definitely gets you high, but it's kind of different than reg. THC.

I like it better than regular thc in some ways.

Helps a lot for anxiety/pstd but without the brain fog. Energizing but helps to focus and relax.

May not be for everybody so be careful with it. Less can be better so start small.

and even Delta 10 now.

Yes great for anxiety and sleep. VERY serious munchies too. All of that is what I need. Never gets you too "high" or jumpy. I only do a half a gummy at bedtime, and I end up eating again and snoozing real sweet.

Last I checked, only a few months ago, it was only banned in eight states.

I see today that number has almost doubled to fourteen states.

Not a good trend to schedule it as a controlled substance for a naturally occurring chemical compound in hemp flower that lacks the
psychoactive effect of Delta-9 found in the usually consumed cannabis strains. It doesn't even really get you stoned.

Is Delta 8 any good for seizures?

Delta 8 has changed my life! I quit smoking and only do Delta 8 edibles. If I really feel the need to smoke, I take a puff off my Delta 8 vape. I swear by it! I prefer the high too! It is much smoother and LOTS OF FUN!!!

Don't buy just any. By it from 3chi or Delta Effex. These two are reputable and lab tested for toxins/heavy metals. Some of the bunk shit you see in head shops are bogus and full of heavy metals.

please explain to me how it makes any sense why a state where actual "strong ass send you to space and back franken-weed" is legal but delta 8 now is not?

It is derived from Hemp so its not synthetic but it is extracted usually with some type of solvent.

Georgia cracks me up. They finally decriminalized CBD in a few areas, but you'll still go to jail for a single Cannabis seed. The same regional 'limited government conservative' talk radio shows who cheer on the Drug War and the police state at every opportunity are suddenly touting CBD as a miraculous panacea because a) you can profit from it and b) it doesn't get you high, which is something only bad people do (never mind booze or chaw, of course.) To most people, freedom is terrifying...especially when it means someone, somewhere might be doing something they disapprove of!

When they banned delta 8 in Washington, they didn't even pretend it was for any other reason, they just said that legal cannabis companies came to them and complained that delta 8 was cutting into their profits, so they banned it to protect them.

I hope they don't, its very useful stuff.

zero chance i could tolerate those things. delta 8 is mild by comparison but now being demonized and made illegal.
