U.S. Military preparing for blackout

If there were an ACTUAL attack it would have the following characteristics:

1. EMP on civilian infrastructure. Non-functional civilian transport and manufacturing means military cannot be re-supplied. Civilian society would break-down in short order.
2. Hypersonic missiles on military targets / bases, focuses on CAC and transport. Limited communication and movement of remaining forces means they can be taken off the board at one's leisure.
3. Drone use to run interference on communication towers, pipelines and electrical grids; along with potential use of space-based options...

But even that is a bit extreme. Considering Biden has not yet stripped the civilians of their weapons, even a landed foreign force would be challenged despite a largely immobilized domestic military with shoddy communication capacity.

Then you have to consider the country to be blamed...all the countries with the capacity to do the above are all nuke holders. It would only take a single nuke going off for the entire thing to go up in smoke via retalitory strikes, etc. Is that what the puppet masters (whom control all of the suitable countries) would want? A swift end to the dystopian future they are shoving on the entire planet? Of course not. They only live to sit around thinking of ways to screw over the masses for control and profit. Ergo, if the masses were gone they would be forced to screw over each other for control and profit.

So, in short, no there would be no attack as outlined above.

Now, there may be contrived power outages, water outages, etc that they will blame on weather events and "climate change" (with a few "pandemics" tossed in so the elite can get their rocks off) and that should be sufficient as long as they control the CIA and other key gov agencies and media outlets to keep the masses in perpetual fear so they can roll out more control. This, imo, is the more realistic plan.
