I am part of the problem GLP

I work for a high bandwidth provider as a customer service representative. My hands are in all the pies. I'm dedicated to certain customers and they are not customers at the pinicle of evil. Though, we do have those and they are managed by other CSMs.

I feel personally responsible for contributing to the current world state by assisting global companies to achieve their endeavors with the best possible customer service experience I can produce. And I don't know precisely what I am enabling beyond the connectivity of individual projects.

I can tell though that Global organizations are gearing up for a digital future. And my company is an enabler and provider of the high bandwidth Fiber required to stand up the digital technocrats we see before ourselves.

But the pay is good, it covers my home and family expenses. It's a bracket that I could not easily replace with something more mundane. I probably could not afford to change employment.

What am I to do?
