No antibodies, because it's technically not an infection. Spike proteins don't contain any genetic material. But they can still make you sick.

You have not been exposed to spike proteins from vaccinated people. People do not shed proteins. You do not have antibodies if you have not been either infected with the COVID, or vaccinated against it.
