Check this out! Dr. Richard M. Fleming was sentenced in Health Care Fraud Scheme. U.S. Attorney’s Office August 20, 2009 Dr. Richard M. Fleming was sentenced today in Lincoln, Nebraska, by the Honorable Richard G. Kopf to five years probation with six months home detention, including electronic monitoring, and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $107,244.24 for the felony offenses of health care fraud and mail fraud. If that is true, then He is warning people because he has nothing to lose and independent from the system that binds all the other med “professional”. He has the knowledge of where to find the information and the ability to translate it for us plebs. He should be applauded for his efforts. .
