Thanks for the reply, i forgot about this thread, seems so long ago, i was zorba then, i just arrived at glp, in the early stages of connecting.

I just read the posts again, some i have met intensively since then.

About bowing, yes it is a simple move, lowering the eyes is already a sort of bowing.

You can give meaning or not, it is up to you.

Now i am thinking it cannot be learned from books, it is like an art, the art of bowing.

Since i stated this thread i bowed to some posters, my peculiar way of course, i am still practicing.
