That's probably a trick. Yes, her arm is broken but they have practice with her contracting her muscles and letting them go, her arm has been broken for years and has "healed" that way so it is not too painful to do that trick.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77693486 all it did was stretch out. It then hung limp like a noodle because the bones are broken. I believe it's fake because of how it was hanging there limp at the end. The arm is real, you can see her move her hand at the end while being hugged. The injury, however, can be faked. I’m not sure if this is a dislocation, or something stranger like a long-broken bone and muscle atrophy that was cramped. Imagine her humerus (upper arm) has been fractured for awhile and the muscles have grown weak, and the arm is only supported by .. the weak muscle. Muscles can still cramp and tighten to incredible magnitudes, effectively rolling the broken joint out of position. They certainly look strained in the original state. Then, she alleviates the cramp, which can be done in many ways, including heat or cold (perhaps transmitted by the water).
