Surely at 86 percent, the chances of encountering even 5 people of the 14 percent unvaccinated, would be quite rare no?

omgosh funny as hell. Look at the chart. It's literally showing TWICE the number who are actually FULLY vaccinated. They're using the metric of counting individual doses as "vaccinated" lol. Fine, good, let them have their little lie. It'll be over sooner this way.
