Bill To Decriminalize Psychedelics In California Gains Momentum
That's what everyone needs....a little DMT to phone home out of the prison we are all in!!!

(ZeroHedge) Earlier this year, State Sen. Scott Wiener, D-San Francisco, unveiled a bill to decriminalize the personal possession of several psychedelic drugs, which has gained traction through the California State Assembly.

Senate Bill 519 would legalize psilocybin (magic mushrooms), 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), dimethyltryptamine (DMT), ibogaine, and mescaline, except for peyote, recently passed the State Senate on a 21-16 floor vote, according to Bay Area news KPIX5.

"This bill would make lawful the possession for personal use, as described, and the social sharing, as defined, of psilocybin, psilocyn, dimethyltryptamine (DMT), ibogaine, mescaline, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), ketamine, and 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), by and with persons 21 years of age or older," the bill wrote.

Not sure what it includes, LSD, Shrooms, and DMT?

I am convinced DMT alters something in the brain that regulates what we are "supposed" to experience in the physical body.

I think the soul is attached to our body, here for a learning exercise, and the physical body is constructed to hold it and filter what it can and cannot see and experience.

DMT seems to tweak the filter. But, I don't think what people experience is actually what it is, but the brains interpretation within whatever filter is bypassed, which is not built to see it, so it translates to something as best it can within the limited capability of the brain.

Not sure if the law is just wide opening it up for anyone or what. Some people would be better off not using any of these. On the other hand, if everyone was on acid, it would probably be a civilized place.

Been forever since I had DMT as I was in the middle of extracting more for personal use during a raid. Haven't even fucking been back to court since April 2020 cause of COVID. All over a sheet of ALD-52 I ordered which they claimed was LSD-25. Facing 7 to 15 years, the Government is fucking insane...

Maybe that's why we have the largest budget surplus in the country and even sent out state stimulus checks to our own residents. Maybe you should try some drugs and sexual deviancy yourself, it might improve your state!

That’s because you speak from a place of ignorance. No offense intended, just an observation. I imagine that if you ask your friend, they would say that their difficult experience (I don’t like the phrase bad trip), was a net positive and a life changer, despite the obvious challenges.

I know from experience that I get the most out of a difficult experience.

That being said, a difficult experience can be terrifying while it’s happening, the use of a guide or sitter for the uninitiated is highly recommended.

I strongly recommend a phsycological evaluation before horsing around with LSD and psilocybin.
Ive seem it brake down a person that was not ready, its not pretty and the "bad trip" and last years.

Its something like, if you dont know what the dam contains dont open the flood gates too abruptly, and these two substances can do just that.

The setting is also very important where the trip is experienced, and night clubs and party in the city can get people killed, location, location, location.

This is far more valuable to responsible people than pot. Good psychedelics and entactogens can change your life for the better and they're hard to come by. If they were legal, they'd be easier to find and the quality would be better. They all used to be legal before the prohibition that started in the 70's.

Obviously, they can be misused, but that's an individual responsibility. They are not addictive and people won't steal shit for them. That would lead to a bad trip.

Psychedelics and entactogens don't "jack" you. They're non-addictive and a large number of people just don't want to do them. Those who do learn from the experience, hopefully something valuable.
