I’d imagine real psykers would either be out seeking enlightenment and higher things like God(few do but it happens), or else trying to take over/corrupt the world with their abilities and knowledge, as part of TPTB. Most tend to do that.

They don’t likely have much interest in cheating in sports. Kind of a waste of real psychic power.
