What good is a religious exemption going to do you, when you can’t spend the money you make? I understand everyone is worried about their jobs and paying bills, and feeding the family…..but I think by now most if not all of us see the writing on the wall, eventually it won’t matter, and probably sooner than anyone thinks. At some point, like it or not, there isn’t going to be a work around. You either get it or you don’t.

I am writing you to make you aware that I hold a specific religious belief that prevents me from taking a Covid Vaccine. Per United States Federal Labor and Employment Law, my religious beliefs cannot be used as grounds for any termination / retaliation / discrimination. Additionally, I am under no obligation to be specific with you of these beliefs, to enumerate them, or be asked or required to defend them.

Please be advised that vaccinations (and certain other medical procedures/applications) violate my deeply held religious convictions. Accordingly, I am exercising my federally protected rights under 42 USC § 2000e–2(a)(et seq) which read as follows:

Unlawful employment practices

(a) Employer practices

It shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employer—

(1) to fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any individual, or otherwise to discriminate against any individual with respect to his compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin; or

(2) to limit, segregate, or classify his employees or applicants for employment in any way which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect his status as an employee, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

Therefore, please place this letter in my appropriate HR file as a substitute for any such "proof of vaccine" or "certificate of vaccine" that you may need.

They notified me last night that the vaccine is now mandatory for the staff AND for the customers at my workplace.

My employer has known all along that I would never take this vaccine.

I used this religious exemption form letter and filled in the personalized details and made a PDF to take to the printers and get it done up for tomorrow.

I did my wife's religious exemption in my own words

I just mentioned not believing in abortions, how I know they say fetal cells aren't in the vaxx but they did use fetal cells in the process at the beginning

How it would go against my 1st amendment rights to force me to take the vaxx or fire me

She got approval

Then one of her coworkers tried I her own words and was denied, do my wife showed he what we wrote and she resubmitted it and got the approval also

The coworker is an RN

My wife is an NP

They do have to test weekly and what their N95 mask which they do anyways

They won't be able to stop you from buying food

And a revolt would come

My neighbor is an attorney, I grew up with him. Hes taken the shot but would not commit to defending someone who wouldn't. I haven't spoken to him sense and probably won't. He's on the opposing team.

I can get a religious exemption i guarante my employer will beg me to do it, but that is bs, you CANNOT support this system in anyway, lose your job, god will provide another

Im not feeling good is not good enough would have to be a skin test for allergies and if positive they would say u have to take Johnson and johnson.
