The Indiana Court of Appeals ruled Monday that the state temporarily continue payment of federal unemployment benefits, affirming an earlier court order that Indiana must restart the extra $300 weekly payments to unemployed workers.

The State of Indiana has restarted the following federal pandemic programs: PUA, PEUC and FPUC (add'l $300) retroactive to week ending 6/26/21 (which means there will be no gap in payments for eligible claimants). Weekly vouchers for PUA and PEUC will be available on 7/15 and 7/16. Claimants that are eligible for a week of regular UI, PEUC, or PUA will receive the additional FPUC payment for that week also.
