I'm a property manager and my boss just raised rent to $1000.00 a month. I told him the apartment was not worth it. I'm honest...he said hey that's the average price of a rental around here...I mean yeah but no...it's Buffalo true South buffalo...but still Buffalo man...I mean it's nice to a point...area is nice low crime...but I don't want to sell it at that price...he said he won't hold me responsible if units go unrented because they won't. I said they might at that price... blink

Do you abide by that "You must earn twice (or triple) the amount you are renting" thing, Angelseverywhere? That is true for every local apartment complex.

Yeah I've worked in Property Management for 8 years and never heard of that. I make salary...I don't do that bad...it could be better... lol
