On the surface it doesn't make sense, does it?
Problem: food, fuel, medicine shortages
Reaction: destroy warehouses and businesses that supply the above
Maybe they feel like, if we can't have it nobody can.
When people have nothing left to lose and they're pissed off, this is about all one can do.
