It was really quite maddening to me because I felt no other symptoms other being functionally DEAF in one ear suddenly.


Fortunately I eat Asian foods, because I'm Asian, and thought that just on the off chance it was clotting in my ears, I'd give natto a try. It contains a powerful enzyme called nattokinase which is a known clot buster. A fibrinolytic.

This happened to me twice in 2020, and it cleared up both times by eating natto once or twice daily for 10-14 days, I cant remember exactly but it was more than a week and less than two.

Natto can be found in any frozen food section of a grocery store. Comes in square trays in packs of 3 or 4 and costs maybe 2-3 bucks. Mix with the included seasonings and fresh scallions over rice and you have a great breakfast. But it is an acquired taste.

This helped me in a way so profound that I keep posting it. Hopefully this helps someone.
