Mars Sample Contains Wood Cell Remains.

Added on July 19, 2021: Why they are wood cell remains

1. Red arrows point to cross section of wood cells. Compare them with Earthly wood cells at [link to www.flickr.com (secure)]

2. Red arrows point to particles that are the sizes of sand grains (see [link to www.flickr.com (secure)] ), which are between 62 and 2,000 micrometers across. However, no sand grains show the morphology of these particles.

3. Only plant life has such cells.

That's wood, alright.
