Good morning T man, Lumi, and the whole damn crew.

Here are some things I've learned by adding trustlines.

Do not ever buy anything from a brand new coin. Never. Dont do it. First off, you should never have to pay to get something free. Solo is a different situation, they've been established and have been on the market for a while.

Never fill out Google forms to get an Airdrop. This is how they steal information.

Avoid anything that works through teleqram. Through my observation, this is some 3rd world app.

Avoid anything from the Philippines. Its probably a scam. Feel free to add the trustline, get the airdrop and go. Do not invest in anything from there. The same way you dont take calls from India because it's a fucking scam.

I'm not being racist, it's just an observation.

This xrp thread turned into pajeet scam thread. Sucks when yer coins use case depends on literally overthrowing world monetary systems to fulfill its use case.

Top gainers are only @ +7% in cryptoworld. Gonna be a hard days' night for me to ride this down, since my nasdaq portfolio is basically where it was in 2020, with taxation. So, I went ahead and took my amazing MANA profits. So all that's left in my wallet is XRP and ETH, which I regret the ETH stake now. sheesh. A little goes a long way.

Learn from everyone's mistakes, not just your own.

I've made a few mistakes on the way too. Nothing major. But enough to learn a lesson. In my opinion, anything that is linked to ETH is garbage. I would have never bought Shib if I knew if it was a ETH token. ETH gas fees are worse than taxes. I still hold my Shib only because I cant afford it. Lol.

I bought Shib because "every one is buying it". That's my mistake by not properly researching it.

I understand, completely. I never got into ETH in '18 either and I could have made hefty profits even from last year. I think my philosophical direction with crypto is waning.

My bad. But yah I'm sick of Crypto in general because it's all scammy really. I don't even believe coins need to be tokenized. Its software. I understand the decentralized part requires an incentive so coins need value but it's a bit naive to think crypto needs to exist this way. There could be a time when crypto is simply not valuable and just another app on your phone. Everybody scamming until use case utility justify the price.

I feel like bad shit is coming. Not for XRP and probably not for bitcoin. I feel like there are bad times within tether and ether. Something doesn't feel right. Just mass printing of Tether, then Tether going into ETH.

Everything, and I mean everything is riding on this SEC vs Ripple case. Regardless if you own XRP or not. This case is going to affect cryptocurrency as a whole in the United States.

If Ripple loses, every one loses.

If Ripple wins, XRP holders will be the grand champions. XRP will be the only coin with absolute clarity. No questions, no fear, it's a sure thing.

Holders of other coins better pray that they get grandfathered in.

The newest meme coins and coins with no utility will all die.

The way you explain yourself here, I get it too man. A friend of mine that I tried to get into crypto said pretty much the same thing. But here's the thing. This is the fucking future. Its going to be adopted in one way or the other. This is what direction technology is heading. There is too much invested at this this point. It's too late. This is what we are going to have to work with.


Think about when the internet was first introduced. People thought it was for nerds and it was just a fad.

Its 100% in use today. We all use it. Even if you dont own a computer or smartphone. You benefit from the internet.

This is just part of the evolution of the internet. We are just early investors in technology.


People who invested in phone companies became wealthy.

People that invested in Xerox became wealthy.

People that invested in IBM became wealthy.

People that invested in Apple became wealthy.

People that invested in AOL became wealthy.

Now we are here. And people kept saying we are all going to lose our asses. We may. But we probably wont.

This is just the next step. There will be something else after this that not only uses the internet, but crypto will be involved. That's probably that whole Metaverse shit.

This shit is the future. Banks are using cryptocurrency. It's too late, we've gone too far.

From what I can see, the opening price was 3 dollars it's been hoovering in the 7 dollar range for a while then went to 12. From 12 is now 28. This coin is less than a year old.

I assume this is the plan for VGB as well yes? This is not a complaint but the airdrop happens at 3am on the west coast so I literally will be waking up to exchange it and be done. Unless you guys are hodling your VGB as well. My plan was to turn it all into SOLO, then SOLO into XRP and then long term hodl my airdropped SOLO.

This is why I was asking AxX this earlier, especially in regard to his perception on how Bitrue will handle it. For me I absolutely do not trust any exchange since they are all part of the system. I highly recommend self-custody for all this. Coinbase is holding a massive amount of my SGB hostage.

BTC is in deep shit since Tether gets washed through it every time they mint a billion coins. ETH has separate problems due to their ICO and free pass. Both have a rough long term prognosis imo. And yes 99% of coins are going to die in due time.

My mom inherited a very large amount of money spread over stocks, bonds, mutual funds, dividend stocks, etc. I told her at .17 to cash it all out, put it in XRP and when it hit .34 she could take it all out and free roll if she was nervous. She has some rich friends who had already been telling her about XRP and she was in.

I get on the call with the financial guy and her to help her liquidate to fiat and she starts telling him about XRP. He goes on a huge rant about how crypto is only for terrorists and if she does that she supports terrorism. I laid into him saying that terrorism comes from every form of currency across the world including the dollar and the NYSE/NASDAQ. He scares her shitless and she never moved a dollar. Her portfolio has gone up 8% in the last two years. Whatever.

Call crypto a scam all you want but everything is a scam. Money, taxes, financial markets, school, history.....shit this whole world is predicated on scams. However this industry is going to find regulations and clarity and will rid itself of the scam within the next decade. Doubt we can say that about our education system or financial markets.

I'm actually not sure when the snapshot is, I'm still trying to find that out. Their website says the airdrop is December 1st. Different sites are saying different things. Hoping this gets cleared up soon.
