I don't eat much fast food but I've seen signs up about limited hours and delivery issues. Most places are hiring which is a little strange because the college and high school kids haven't gone back to school yet. |

Sonic, KFC...couple others. I'll be honest, the only new things we are getting is Mexican food. My town of 25K has 5 of them, and several more in the smaller towns nearby, not including Taco Bell or the Taco trucks. I make better Mexican food. All the pandemic and "shortages" have done is make it where I cook my "restaurant" food at home. It's better, cheaper and I don't have to deal with anyone. |

That’s their solution. (Kamala as state attorney general was a big proponent of prison labor in California. Even defying the Supreme Court to keep the prison laborers in jail until she got called-out on it and then said she wasn’t for it when she clearly was.) [link to www.theguardian.com (secure)] Ordered to reduce the population of California’s overcrowded prisons, lawyers from then-California Attorney General Kamala Harris’ office made the case that some non-violent offenders needed to stay incarcerated or else the prison system would lose a source of cheap labor. Her office argued this unbelievable take in court! |

None. Not even a french fry. Help wanted signs at 80% of the businesses in town. They always had cars backed up in their drive-thru. Just suddenly one day, poof! All their signage was down and that was that! |

If the trucker shortage gets really bad, it's going to cause economic calamity. |
