Do we mention specific items or animals/plants from which they come? Example, do I have to say to flank steak or cow? If I could say "cow" that results in not only steak but filet mignon, rib eye. If I can say "fish" that could be anything from salmon to manta ray.

Because I could say an "everything sandwich" or "everything platter" that technically would have all available foods. Realistically does a hamburger with cheese even without condiments count as 3 foods? Why wouldn't a burger "all the way" and you get about 10 different individual bits of food there. If so, you can pick your choices wisely and end up with nearly 30+ unique ingredients to make much more than 3 items!
