My fear of dying. Help me.

If you learned more about Jesus and would’ve accepted him into your heart, you wouldn’t be panicked about dying from some imaginary disease called “covid” and never would’ve gotten your clot shots.

How are you lungs, liver or heart? Any brain fogginess? Do you feel like your avatar yet?

I'd choose any of these over cancer.

Please answer the following questions as best you can.

I want you to, in your own words, tell me if you think the pain of each death scenario would hurt or not. Would death be fast or slow? Excruciating pain or numb and in shock?

My hopes that in reading each scenario I will come to accept fate, in all of its forms, much easier knowing how it will feel and happen.

A plane crash would probably be the fastest and most painless. If you go into a nosedive and hit the ground/water head-first, you'd be dead in a second.

Starving to death wouldn't be the worst on the list, but certainly not fun. The first few days, your body adjusts your metabolism to the new conditions, after that, the energy in your muscles is consumed so you're weak and shaky, you'll probably throw up bile, and at some point you'd just lie down and wait for death. In total, I'd estimate it would take 1-4 weeks depending on your activity level.

An asteroid strike wouldn't be the direct cause of death: it would cause something else to kill you. It'll cause a gigantic cloud of dust that covers the sun (it also happens with volcanoes) and food would have to be imported, so you'd starve to death, or if it causes an earthquake, you'd be crushed or trapped. The effects depend on the size and proximity to you.

What kind of technology do the aliens have? Countries would develop a wartime economy, there may be a draft, general stuff like that. But if you're talking about what the aliens would do to you: say they had a plasma rifle or something. If you get hit in a limb, it would toast the nerves and paralyze it, or it could be like that guy who stuck his head in a particle accelerator (look it up). If they abduct you in a UFO and perform a vivisection on you, well just research vivisections. They're a form of torture when done without anesthetics. It might take an hour or two, or if you're one of the first, they might not know how to avoid the heart and things and accidentally kill you.

The pain from a virus outbreak obviously depends on the symptoms. You would probably live in fear of getting it for a few days/weeks, and I'm assuming it would be something like smallpox. Might take a few hours/days to die. It would be quite painful. Look up smallpox and maybe anthrax. It also depends if the virus was natural or a bioweapon. The latter are designed to kill quickly, and spread even faster. I don't know much about viruses though.

Honestly I'm pretty sure I have lymphatic cancer because there's a hard lump in the soft part of flesh behind my mandible and under my ear. Not really sure tho, don't wanna deal with it. It's been there for a few months. I have no other symptoms though. But if it attacks the lymph nodes, your immune system will weaken, increasing your susceptibility to other diseases. It might take a few months or years if untreated. And once you get over the initial shock you'd feel every bit of discomfort because it's a very slow death.

Live immolation is a common form of torture. Burning at the stake, the brazen bull, prodded with hot irons, the list goes on. Fire causes extreme pain. It would be a relatively quick death, maybe a few minutes, you'd hopefully lose consciousness either from shock or asphyxiation from smoke within a minute. That would be the longest minute of your life. In the brazen bull, you're locked in a hollow metal statue of a bull that is placed over a fire. The bull is designed so that the screams echo and sound like a bull bellowing. I think this is the worst death on the list. The worst death ever would have to be unique according to each person. For example, mine would probably be being thrown into a gigantic swarm of those killer termites like in that Indiana Jones movie. Gives me the chills every time.

The best death, in my opinion, is by jumping. It sounds like fun and death is instant, and guaranteed if you land headfirst. I hope that's my death eventually.

Fear of death is the main tool that religions use to brainwash you into their religion, promising you permanent afterlife.

I can only talk from experience. I nearly drowned not once but twice in my life. Both time i can confirm that's the experience was totally painless.

The panic of being underwater and getting out of breath last for about 10 seconds then it goes away and is replaced by the most amazing sensation of well being ever.

What i'm gonna say next might seems shocking but this is the truth. Both time i was pulled out by someone and both time i wish they would have left me down there. I was feeling absolutely amazing.
