I would add a few points though. They must be feeling confidant being the first leaders in human history that can kill almost anyone anywhere in the world within minutes, or everyone if they're feeling extremely manic.

The first leaders in human history who could shut down not just countries but whole continents at the flick of a switch. And a million other ways that I can't think off the top of my head by which they can control the masses that their predecessors couldn't dream off.
