Have you ever found true healing, cure from a no traditional source, method?

I read everyone's reply in this topic, and this is the only answer that has proven results for every body the world over - no matter who you are. Because it's formulated specifically to YOUR body.

People have little to no understanding about ketosis and the healing properties of autophagy. That's too bad for them.

I can only share my own profound healing experience.

Without hope or will to go on and absolutely exhausted with no reason left to live, I turned to prayer and meditation.

I would sit for days at a time listening to everything my body and mind were telling me.

That required a complete retreat form daily activities and it was not easy to separate myself.

I imagined myself as dead and or dying. In many ways that's the way that I felt.

Memories, attitudes about life and emotions over this and that would float across my mind.

I tried to understand how the thought of something would create a physiologic response especially within my brain.

I began to realize that certain thoughts actually seemed to affect my brain.

That's when I got the idea that posture and my own energetic response to gravity was the issue.

I also realized that my mind and consciousness seemed to somehow be intertwined with time and gravity.

Clearly it would seem that vitality was related to energetic flows along my spine and had everything to do with my diet and abdominal issues.

By changing my diet to vegetarian and eating as little as possible, over time I began to lose weight.

I noticed that much of my arthritic tendencies seemed to vanish.

After that it was only a matter of retraining or reprogramming my mind to rehabilitate what I believed I was energetically still capable of.

Slowly, I would take on more and more stress until I could do just about anything without pain.

Motivation to do anything and the issue of economizing my energy still remains a problem to this day.

I focus mostly upon intellectual pursuits and strategize my work movements but for the most part I am pain free.

I didn't know and still don't know what was my actual condition.

I only know that I was at the end of my rope and that's how I made my way back.

Everyone is different and so this might not even make sense to you, but I hope it helps.

True that, seem to have come through that with a drastic reduction in my 'sick' (toxic black mold). Alas I have also gone from a buff roofer to a twig. But, be that as it may, it is easier to come back with muscle memory then not. And it is better to feel 1000x better then to worry about what the beach or mirror says. I think autophagy also unlocks old 'ick', and some of it isn't pleasant, as things come out of suspension in fat.

1993 Walking pneumonia...In a time of freedom and stupidity.

Bought tickets to a concert a few months before that was taking place out of state from where I lived. Got sick a week before I was to leave. Couldn't take a breath, or even half of a breath without coughing for at least 1 minute or two. Like the worst deep, out of breath, on your death bed coughing.

I have tix and have to go the shows...3 days in a row in ATL. Y'know priorities... Lol

Drive 8 hours with 3 other folks to ATL, coughing all the way. They were asking if I needed to go the hospital, it was that bad. I kept saying I just need to get to the show.

We're walking into the Omni Arena...I'm coughing hard now with a death rattle. We split up to find others we know that are there..

The lights go down and the band comes on. I'm alone standing in aisle up behind the drummers. The next thing I know One of my compadres comes sidling up to me while I'm dancing and having a great time, and asks, "Weren't you just like dying a little while ago?" I was floored! I forgot that I had been sick.

I went from dying to feeling the best I've felt in years within a matter of 30 minutes.

I am convinced it was the music.
Or I'm dead, which is a distinct possibility.

Before the age of big pharma, what did people do when they got sick?

On my shelves sit all manner of books like Jethro Kloss's 'bible of health' Back to Eden, different Native American books, books of reflexology/acupressure, my Foxfire Book series, books on ID'ing trees/plants, etc.

One particular book that is dated so-to-speak but info still relevant is a book by the Dimonds, Fit for Life, about nutrition and more specifically food combinations.

Another person posted music and hell yes, tone/frequency/vibration is a big factor also.

I agree, i have been researching for over 40 years.
Thing is not so much stuff actually works, both in the mainstream and the alternative.
