The hypocrisy of the vax game being played

It seems that as more and more vaccinated people are getting covid, the narrative is changing to the vax doesn’t prevent covid to it lessens the symptoms.
The symptoms for around 99% were mild to begin with so why would I need the vax. I had covid and other than losing taste and smell it was pretty mild.
Secondly snd perhaps most importantly, if the vax doesn’t keep me from getting Covid then why the hell the push for everyone to get it??Supposedly to help humanity by not spreading it but if the clotshot doesn’t keep you from getting covid, you can throw that excuse out the window. So basically getting the vax is only gonna help me by lessening the already mild symptoms if I do get covid, there’s no benefit to humanity or the “greater good” by me getting the clotshot. The vaxxed can get and spread covid just as easily as the unvaxxed.
Hypocrisy at its finest. We are being played.
