And usually its other Western backpackers doing it to them.

Places like Kazakhstan, Georgia, Iran, India are perfect for covert human experimentation.

Knowing they don't be able to get far or cross borders with all their controls in place in every transport hub.

It is evil and these people are the enemy of democracy.
