spread (sprinkle) a good layer of the D.E. on the ground around the plants.
Spray the plants with the Neem Oil mixture (find a good recipe on the net - oil + soap + water)
Prune your tomato plants too.
And "plant" a Rolaids tablet (or other calcium carbonate tab) next to each tomato plant. Tomatoes need calcium which keeps them healthy and strong.
