I read the article. Other than some of the patrons got "saucy" with the employees literally nothing else was given for an explanation for what the heck just happened. Ohhh! I forgot about that Minimum Purchase Requirement for various cards thing for alot of businesses. I have personally seen more than a few heated discussions and even outright screaming matches happen because of that crap before.

I think that is because the ladle was aluminum. Now if it was steel then yeah the weight alone would be enough to cause some potentially severe head trauma.
