This is what I've been saying. There is NO going back to mask mandates, other than the wacko liberal states that would prefer to wear masks forever.

In my state, COVID is literally over. There are still cases, really no different, but once the CDC said people with vaccinations don't have to wear masks, masks almost entirely disappeared. No social distancing, no masks, no restrictions, nothing. They just need to start removing the buffet sneeze guards everywhere, those things are ridiculous.

States will do what they want.

Then, the Federal Government will tie it to funding. That's where the really good governors will shine. Anticipating, and working around it.

I personally reject the CDC guidelines and won't be wearing a mask in Ohio. It sucks to live in a blue county, if anybody can hook me up with a job in a red county somewhere in the country so I can move, that'd be great.
