Nothing wrong with that but you should try to check out some of the chicken and beef products at the big box store called C*s*c* (I tried writing their name b4 and got bannoned). Their products from a company called Kirkland seem to really care about people and limit chemicals and preservatives to nearly zero. I buy the 8 pound frozen Angus beef patties for like $10 and survive on those. They are excellent! You can air fry them, sautee them or nuke them, doesn't matter - same unmistakable fresh flavor. They have equally as many varying chicken patty dishes as well, not to mention all the amazing different combos and varieties of healthy international foods as well as domestic.

MSG. It's in all processed foods. Supposedly it makes food taste better, but that's not entirely true. It stimulates receptors to interpret it as tasting good. I would be willing to bet that if you went totally off all processed foods for a year and then tried the things you used to love you would wonder how you ever craved it in the first place.

MSG is poison. It is only added to make you eat more than you should, more often than you should. It is one of the major causes of IBS, obesity and heart disease.
