the supremacy clause was unconstitutional to begin with and should have never been put there.

The original constitution only has equal powers of state and federal and only allows the feds to control what the states allow. The federal government can not take power from the states . If the states want to enforce their own power then the feds have no right to take that power.

You can not amend the constitution with an unconstitutional amendment.

Because of that the federal government are a tyrannical force at this point.

Equal powers states rights and supremacy clause. You cant have both in the constitution.The only way the united states remains is with states right. The supremacy clause will cause damage to the united states. States will not follow the supreme federal government with no checks and balances.
