I've worked in one further north. Wolves and bears are a problem and are definitely attracted to these camps due to the garbage. If it was an internment/prison camp, any electrician or mechanic would have the know-how and tools to easily take care of the electric fence, cut through it and escape into the nearby town. If it had double fencing like you see in real prisons, I'd be more concerned.

If this was a way to coerce people into getting the clotshot, it'd be a ridiculous idea. All they really need to do is say we all need a vax passport to shop for groceries and their dark agenda would be mostly accomplished.
