OH PLEASE .... this was a drunk driver - followed home by police ... because he was breaking the LAW
being "at home" doesn't give you the right to break the law - he was foolishly resisting arrest ... end of story

Tresspassing, assault with intent, aggrivated kidnapping, theft of personal property and defamation of character all carried out by the police. Add to that, unlawful arrest, unlawful search and siezure, filing a false police reports and wrongful prosecution on behlaf of the DA.
