My take on it would be people are always gonna be a bit suspicious of people mysteriously moving into rural communities. Especially billionaires. For example I’ve just moved back to the place I grew up. A village. And I don’t have to lock my doors because I have nosey neighbours. Who I have known since childhood. Be freindly and helpful within your community is just an important survival technique as stocking up or prepping…!!!
