I was considering going to one of the shows in Alpharetta. Besides being sold out, it sounded a little too police-statish for me: there were numerous restrictions and proof of having taken the experimental jab were mandatory. Clear bags only, ID and someone even said 'random cavity searches' on the Phish Forum and said they weren't joking, but they may have been. Those other rules were according to Ticketmaster - not sure if the band supports that or not, but I hope not. If they do, screw 'em anyway! Anastasio is a big fan of blatantly unconstitutional 'drug courts,' so who knows?

Modern hippy-dippys are turning out to be, by and large, 'libertines' but definitely not 'libertarians.' A mighty authoritarian 'woke' collectivist streak among this new phatty-hummus-pita scarfing generation who, up until recently, would've been the last people you'd think would behave that way. Oh well, they're not the Dead but I can and still do enjoy Phish's music on a regular basis!
