This has never happened before that the Comms are down... The Group is local and here in Oklahoma. It is speculated that the Military is jamming Ham Frequencies... Why would this be happening especially right before the August 11th Emergency Testing... The Group is speculating that it may not be a test but an actual emergency tomorrow and that is why Ham Radio communication is down... Can anyone confirm this...  My grandma uses a ham radio everyday all day long. She's been doing this for as long as I can remember. Today she was very cranky because she couldn't communicate with anyone. What Region are you in... We need to know if this is a local or regional event... I'm in the south. |

Same as what the OP posted, but with one additional line at the end: If this test is prevented by a real-life event, the test will be conducted on 8/25. I kid you not.
