One would think that breathing freely/without obstruction would be an unalienable right for every human being/living creature.

The fact that they're exploiting this and using it as a means of 'reward' and raising money, charity or otherwise, is appalling.

I could see this happening, however.

When my kids were in school, they had teachers who used to deny them water/bathroom breaks. They had to do their business or quench their thirst with the rest of the class during the once a day allotted time slot.

I understand the teachers side of such things; they don't want kids to take advantage or goof around, etc.

BUT- - you CANNOT tell another human being when they are thirsty, have to use the bathroom, or can breathe AIR.

Especially CHILDREN.

Look, the point is you DeSantis has the power to regulate private schools by statute. All he needs is to use his staff to locate someone in the category of "other personnel", who "knows or has reasonable cause to suspect that a child is abused or neglected" to "report the information to the Department of Children and Families' central abuse registry and tracking system."

Then he can order the State officials from DCF in charge of reviewing those reports to take action.

Basically, if we put him on notice, and he fails to act, it is on him and we did our moral duty in the eyes of the Lord.

Listen at this point anyone sending their kids to a masking school is a child abuser, which is a very large percentage of the population. You do what you have to do to move them to a city or state they can be educated properly, even if it means living in a cheap hotel room. I've seen Hispanic parents that cared enough to do this in upstate West Chester NY. They would live cheaply in tiny apartments and pour everything into the kids education so they could send them to Scarsdale High School, what used to be one of America's top public schools. They would get out of the south bronx and give their child a chance in life in a nice town, instead of wasting money on owning an expensive home and fancy cars in a ghetto and all the usual stuff people value.

I don't see a solution other than a segregated society. That or one by one arresting the Cumos and Deblasios and jailing them all for life.
