Vegas City Council passes "Landlord Safety Act"

In response to this week's shooting, along with several
other incidents, the Las Vegas City Council passed the
"Landlord Safety Act" today.

"Landlords are already dealing with many problems and they
don't need to worry about their personal safety from deadbeat
renters. Today we enacted an ordance to ensure that
landlords can protect themselves from the rage of deliquent
renters forced to pay their fair share."
